How is volumetric weight calculated?▼

Length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6000 for most air express lines, or divided by 5000 for some sea and economy lines. The carrier bills whichever is greater — actual or volumetric weight.

Do I have to pay customs duty in 2026?▼

US-bound parcels generally do: the $800 de minimis exemption has ended, so expect duty plus brokerage. EU and UK imports carry VAT, commonly collected via IOSS. Rates vary by product category and declared value.
