How to compare correctly

Never compare on the service fee alone. Build the full landed cost for your actual cart:

1. Item price in CNY, converted at your card's rate (add 1–3% for FX spread).
2. Service fee — 16 of the agents here are at a verified 0%, the rest sit between 3% and 10%.
3. Domestic shipping from the seller to the agent warehouse, usually ¥8–20 per seller.
4. International freight on your chosen line, billed on the greater of actual and volumetric weight.
5. Duty and VAT at destination. US parcels now attract duty since the $800 de minimis exemption ended; EU and UK imports carry VAT.

Two agents quoting the same freight rate can still differ by 20% on a bulky haul, because volumetric rounding and consolidation rules differ. Use the shipping and volumetric calculators with your real box dimensions before deciding.

Scores are a weighted composite: service fee 25%, QC photo quality 20%, warehouse speed 15%, support responsiveness 15%, free storage 15%, community and app 10%. Shipping-line counts come from publicly published line lists and vary by weight, route and season. Fee claims are re-checked monthly; anything we could not confirm against official documentation is flagged as unverified.
