About the Oopbuy Spreadsheet

oopbuyspreadsheet.live is an independent, informational index of Chinese marketplace finds. It is built by a small editorial team, funded by referral links, and deliberately not a store, agent or marketplace. This page explains exactly how the index is assembled, how agents are scored and what we will not claim. Updated 2026-09-22.

What this site is not

• Not a store. No cart, no checkout, no payment processing, no inventory.
• Not an agent. We do not buy, warehouse, consolidate or ship anything.
• Not affiliated with Oopbuy, Kakobuy, Mulebuy, Sugargoo, Superbuy, CSSBUY, Weidian, Taobao, 1688, or any brand shown.
• Not an authenticity service. We do not authenticate, license-check or legally vet any listing.

How finds are selected

1. Demand. We start from what buyers actually search for — category and model terms that show consistent volume.
2. Link health. Each candidate must resolve to a live marketplace listing with a stable item ID. Dead or rotating links are dropped rather than left in place.
3. Image availability. A find only enters the index if we can show a reference image, so you can recognise the item before opening a listing.
4. Category balance. We cap how many items any single category or brand can contribute so the sheet stays usable rather than becoming one brand's catalogue.
5. Monthly review. Prices, availability and agent fee claims are re-checked each month. Last full review: 2026-09-22.

How agents are scored

The score out of 10 is a weighted composite: service fee (verified 0% scores highest) 25%, QC photo count and clarity 20%, warehouse processing speed 15%, support responsiveness 15%, free storage window 15%, community size and app quality 10%. Where a fee could not be confirmed against the agent's own published documentation, it is flagged as unverified and you should confirm it at checkout.

Where the data comes from

• Public marketplace listing pages (Weidian, Taobao, 1688) for item IDs and prices.
• Each agent's own help centre, fee schedule and shipping-line documentation.
• Community QC threads and buyer reports, used as a sanity check rather than a source of fact.
• Our own testing of the link formats each agent accepts.

Editorial independence and disclosure

Some outbound links carry a referral parameter (ref=oopbuyspreadsheet.live). If you register or order through one, we may receive a commission. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not determine ranking: agents with the best verified numbers appear highest regardless of commercial terms, and we publish the scoring weights above so you can disagree with them.
