Oopbuy Spreadsheet 2026 — the complete guide to 80 verified finds
The Oopbuy spreadsheet is a curated index of 80 direct Weidian and Taobao product links, organised so you can find an item once and reuse the same link in any shopping agent — Oopbuy, Kakobuy, Mulebuy, Sugargoo, Superbuy, CSSBUY, Hoobuy, AllChinaBuy and 18 more. This page explains exactly what the sheet is, how to use it in five minutes, what it costs, and how to avoid the mistakes that make first hauls expensive. Updated 2026-09-22.
What the Oopbuy spreadsheet actually is
A “spreadsheet” in this context is not a Google Sheet you have to request access to. It is a structured index of marketplace links — each row pointing at a real Weidian, Taobao or 1688 listing — that you use as the discovery layer before any agent touches your order. The value is not the links themselves (they are public) but the curation: someone already sorted the dead links out, noted the reference price, and grouped the results by category and brand.
Ours holds 80 finds across 8 categories, spanning Balenciaga, Burberry, Chanel, Chrome Hearts, Dior, Fear of God, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and more. Every entry links to a live product page with a cached reference image, and every one resolves in any spreadsheet-compatible agent. Nothing here is exclusive, and nothing here is a store: we do not sell, hold inventory, process payments or ship anything.
What the sheet is not
- Not a shop. There is no cart, no checkout, no payment on this domain.
- Not an agent. We do not buy on your behalf, warehouse your items or quote freight.
- Not a guarantee of quality. A link being indexed says nothing about the batch. That is what QC photos and the agent’s return window are for.
How to use it — the five-minute workflow
- Filter to one category. Start with Shoes, Hoodies/Sweaters or Accessories rather than browsing everything. Narrowing first is what stops a “research session” from becoming a two-hour tab explosion.
- Open the product page. Each card opens an internal page with the reference price in CNY and USD, the brand, the QC image set and a plain-language note about what to check.
- Copy the raw marketplace link. This is the URL of the form
weidian.com/item.html?itemID=…. It is agent-agnostic — the same link works everywhere. - Paste it into your agent. In Oopbuy, Kakobuy, Mulebuy, Sugargoo, Superbuy or CSSBUY, use “Buy for me” / “Search by link”, paste, and choose size and colour. The agent shows the service fee before you commit.
- Approve QC, then pay freight. The agent receives the item in its warehouse and uploads photos. Inspect stitching, logos, hardware and measurements, approve or return, and only then pay international shipping.
Rule of thumb: never ship the same day you see QC photos. Sleep on it. Most rejected items are rejected for something visible in photo three.

What it costs
The sheet is free and there is no login. Your real costs are the item price, the agent’s service fee, domestic shipping inside China, international freight and any import duty or VAT. Service fees across the 26 agents we track range from 0% to about 10%; 16 agents currently advertise a verified 0% fee. Freight is charged on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so bulky-but-light items are the classic budget killer — use the volumetric weight calculator before you buy a puffer jacket.

Five mistakes first-time buyers make
- Choosing an agent by fee alone. A 0% agent with weak QC and slow warehouse handling often costs more in rejected items than a 5% agent with rigorous photos.
- Ignoring volumetric weight. A 2 kg jacket that fills a 60×40×30 cm box bills as 12 kg. Measure, do not guess.
- Shipping single items. Consolidating two or three finds into one parcel usually removes one full base freight charge.
- Approving QC from a thumbnail. Zoom to 200% on logo placement, glue lines and stitching density. If the agent only sent one angle, ask for more — it is free at most agents.
- Forgetting duties. The US $800 de minimis exemption has ended; budget for duty and brokerage on US-bound parcels. See our 2026 US customs guide and the duty estimator.
